今日は朝からしとしとと雨。
週末には満開だった桜も、少しずつ花びらを落とし始めています。
傘をさしながらの朝の散歩。雨音と一緒に季節の移ろいを感じる時間です。
そんな朝に受け取る、彼女の手作り弁当。
変わらない日常の中に、ほっとするひとときがあります。
🍱今日のお弁当
・鶏そぼろの雑穀ごはん
・カニカマと卵とピーマンの炒め物
・カブと厚揚げの煮物
・きゅうりとカブの浅漬け風
・野菜たっぷりスープ
・デザートに苺
今日の炒め物は、ふんわり卵にピーマンの歯ごたえ、そしてカニカマの風味が優しく香る一品。
ごはんの上には、しっとりとした鶏そぼろ。味付けは優しくもコクがあり、しっかりご飯が進みます。
煮物はカブと厚揚げ。
出汁がじんわりと染みていて、噛むたびに口の中にやさしい味が広がります。
スープは素朴ながらも奥深い味わいで、体の内側から温まる感じ。
そして苺の甘酸っぱさが、最後にちょっとしたご褒美のようでした。
一日の始まりに、こんなお弁当があること。
それだけで、ちょっと気持ちが軽くなります。
大きなことは何もないけれど、
丁寧に暮らすこと、味わうことを忘れずにいたい。
そんな気持ちで今日も、いつものように一歩一歩を歩いています。
雨の日も、変わらぬ味が心を支えてくれる。
そんな一日でした。
[2025/4/14] Wrapped in spring rain
It’s been raining since this morning.
The cherry blossoms, which were in full bloom over the weekend, are slowly shedding their petals.
A morning walk with an umbrella. It’s a time to feel the change of seasons along with the sound of the rain.
My girlfriend’s homemade lunch box that I received on such a morning.
There is a moment of relief in the midst of the unchanging daily routine.
🍱Today’s lunch box
・Minced chicken rice with grains
・Stir-fried crab sticks, eggs, and green peppers
・Simmered turnip and deep-fried tofu
・Lightly pickled cucumber and turnip
・Soup with plenty of vegetables (no wakame)
・Strawberries for dessert
Today’s stir-fry is a dish with fluffy eggs, the crunch of green peppers, and the gentle aroma of crab sticks.
Moist minced chicken on top of the rice. The seasoning is gentle yet rich, making it perfect for eating rice.
The stew consisted of turnips and deep-fried tofu.
The broth slowly seeped into the dish, and with each bite, a gentle flavor spread throughout my mouth.
The soup was simple yet had a deep flavor that warmed me from the inside out.
And the sweet and sour taste of the strawberries felt like a little reward at the end.
Having a bento like this to start my day.
Just knowing that makes me feel a little lighter.
It’s nothing big, but
I want to remember to live carefully and savor my food.
With that feeling in mind, I take one step at a time today, as usual.
Even on rainy days, the unchanging flavors support my heart.
That was my day.
