朝からとんでもない事件が発生。
うちのルンバくん、うんこ踏んで部屋中をお掃除してくれました。
いや、掃除っていうか…絵の具を広げるタイプの芸術作品。
気づいた時には遅くて、もう笑うしかない。いや、笑えない。
そんなカオスな朝。
私が床とルンバに謝ってるあいだに、彼女はいつも通りお弁当を手渡してくれた。
「あ、ルンバやっちゃった？大変だったね」って、軽く微笑む。
この“軽さ”に、心が救われる。
さて、今日のお弁当は…
- やさしい味わいの煮物（にんじん、しいたけ、たけのこ、がんも）
- しっかり味の味付け豚の焼き物
- ほろっとやわらかいニシンの煮魚
- ごはんが進むアサリの煮つけ
- 雑穀ごはんで食感にアクセント
- そしてデザートは、ヨーグルト＋自家製いちごジャムの甘やさコンビ
さらにスープジャーの中には、鶏とキャベツのやさしいスープ。
体に沁みる、安心の一杯。
味も栄養も満点で、動揺した心まで落ち着かせてくれる弁当。
料理好きな彼女の「毎日続ける力」、本当に尊敬する。
この弁当があれば、ルンバとの再戦にも勝てそうな気がする。いや、たぶん。
明日も無事でありますように…
ルンバ、頼むぞ。
2025/4/17 “Roomba Disaster”
An unbelievable incident occurred this morning.
Our Roomba stepped in poop and cleaned the whole room.
Well, it wasn’t really cleaning…it was more like a paint-spreading work of art.
By the time I realized it, it was too late and I could only laugh. No, I couldn’t laugh.
Such a chaotic morning.
While I was apologizing to the floor and the Roomba, she handed me my lunch as usual.
“Oh, did you mess up, Roomba? That must have been tough,” she said with a slight smile.
This “lightness” was a relief to my heart.
Well, today’s lunch is…
Gentle stew (carrots, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, ganmo)
Strongly seasoned grilled pork
Softly stewed herring
Stewed clams that go well with rice
Multigrain rice adds texture
And for dessert, a sweet combination of yogurt and homemade strawberry jam
And in the soup jar is a gentle chicken and cabbage soup.
A bowl of comforting soup that warms the body.
A lunch that is full of flavor and nutrition, and calms even agitated hearts.
I really respect her “ability to continue every day” as she loves cooking.
With this lunch, I feel like I can win the rematch against Roomba. No, probably.
I hope I’ll be safe tomorrow…
Roomba, I’m counting on you.
